Grilled Chicken & Red Lettuce Wrap with Onion & Cilantro Relish and a Spicy Yogurt Sauce




  • 1 large whole wheat wrap
  • 1 cup of chopped red leaf lettuce
  • 1 piece of grilled chicken, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped cilantro


  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 table spoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of any kind of spicy sauce you have in your fridge (cholula, franks red hot, or siracha)

Assemble all ingredients & enjoy!
