Avocado Spinach Dip


Spinach dip is perhaps my absolutely favorite food/appetizer/guilty pleasure. So simple to make, and SO delicious. The only problem is that between the 8 oz of sour cream and cup of mayonaise, it is not exactly healthy for your spring break bikini bod…

SO I decided to work on a little experiment so I could pretty much have my cake and eat it too. I wanted to make this dip healthy! I pretty much just replaced all the unhealthy parts with an avocado, the results were AMAZING. Tasted just like the real thing but (ALMOST) better, with the addition of a creamy avocado!


  • 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt
  • 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped (optional)


TOTAL TIME2 hr 10 min

  1. Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers to your favorite people.
